S H I P P I N G •
orders are processed + shipped within 5-7 business days of placing your order.  shipping times and tracking info depends on the delivery rate you choose at checkout.  once shipped, we have no control over transit times or tracking information.  if there are any issues with delayed or lost orders, you may need to file a claim through the delivery service. unfortunately, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

we do our best to ensure your order arrives in one piece!, but if for any reason your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us • info@hecatewax.com (ATTN: DAMAGES) within 48 hours of receiving your package.  include a photo of the item(s) + packaging, your name, and your order number.  we'll work quickly to replace or refund your order.
